Consumer Agreement and Store Policy

Welcome to Al- Daw' Al-Munir Appliances Store . Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, as this agreement constitutes the official contract governing the relationship between you, as a consumer, and the store management.

Your acceptance of this agreement or your use of the store’s services constitutes your full acknowledgment of legal capacity and an explicit commitment to all that is stated in this document, in accordance with Article 10 of the Electronic Transactions Law applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article 1: Definitions

• The store : This includes the Illuminating Light store with all its electronic platforms, whether the website, applications, or any physical commercial branch.
• Consumer : Any person who uses the store with the purpose of purchasing a product or service.
• Agreement : Refers to all the terms, conditions and provisions mentioned herein that govern the relationship between the consumer and the store.

Article 2: Eligibility for Use

• The consumer acknowledges that he has full legal capacity, or that he is at least 18 years old.
• In case of violation, the consumer bears full legal responsibility.

Article 3: Store Obligations

• The store is committed to providing the products or services offered accurately and clearly.
• The obligations may include after-sales services, depending on the nature of the product or service.

Article 4: Usage Guidelines

• The consumer must use the platform in accordance with public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom.
• It is prohibited to use any product or service for illegal or unlawful purposes.

Article 5: Accounts and Recording

• The consumer is obligated to maintain the confidentiality of account information and password.
• The store is not responsible for any damage resulting from the leakage of login data by the user.
• The use of the account by another party constitutes implicit authorization from him.
• Accurate and up-to-date information must be provided.
• The store has the right to suspend or cancel the account if the terms are violated.

Article 6: Communication Methods

• Communication is via email or registered platforms.
• Any electronic communication from the store is considered official and valid.
• The store may send general or personalized alerts via communication channels.

Article 7: Amendments and Fees

• The agreement or fees may be modified at any time without prior notice.
• The other provisions remain in effect even if one of them is cancelled.
• Certain services or products may be subject to fees depending on their nature or in accordance with local regulations.

Article 8: Payment and Settlement

• The store offers multiple online payment options.
• The store is committed to issuing invoices and receipts in accordance with approved accounting principles.
• Prices are displayed at the commonly accepted market value.

Article 9: Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights related to the store, including name, logo, design, and content, are the exclusive property of the store.
• The use of any of these rights is prohibited without prior written permission.

Article 10: Limits of Liability

• The store is committed to providing its services in accordance with Saudi regulations.
• The store is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from misuse or negligence by a third party such as shipping companies.
• It is stated that all products are legitimate and authorized.

Article 11: Restriction of Access

• The store has the right to suspend or cancel any user's account at any time and without notice, in the event of a violation of any clause of the agreement.

Article 12: Applicable Law

• This agreement is subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and shall be interpreted in accordance with them.

Article 13: General Provisions

• Arabic is the language adopted for interpreting the agreement.
• All promotional offers are temporary and subject to modification or cancellation.
• This agreement may only be cancelled by a decision issued by the store management.
• Both parties commit to not violating Islamic law or applicable regulations in their dealings.
