Return policy and warranty for wireless devices (routers)

At Al-Daw’ Al-Munir Electronics Store, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Therefore, we offer a clear and fair policy for returning wireless devices, ensuring the protection of your rights and reflecting our commitment to quality.


First: Warranty

All wireless devices sold by us are covered by the store's warranty for a full year from the invoice date. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only .


Second: Return Policy

1. The allowed return period : Customers can return unused wireless devices within 3 days of the date of receiving the product.


2. Conditions for accepting returns

  • The product must be completely unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be equipped with all accessories and the original packaging .
  • Provide the original purchase invoice as a primary reference.
  • Products showing any signs of use, or damage resulting from misuse, will not be accepted .

3. Special Return Cases

  • If the product is received with a manufacturing defect , or if it arrives damaged or broken , the store will cover all return shipping fees and the customer will receive a full refund .

  3. Upon approval, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Fourth: Fees

  • In the event of a return without a manufacturing defect (unused product only), the customer shall bear a nominal return fee of 20 Saudi Riyals .
