Shipping and delivery time

Q1: If I order now, when will my order arrive?

All orders are processed and shipped within a maximum of 3 days from the order confirmation date.

After shipping, the shipment will arrive within 2 to 3 business days (Fridays and Saturdays are not counted as business days).

Q2: The shipment is delayed, what should I do?

If the shipment is delayed beyond the specified time, please contact the shipping company listed in your order details directly .

The store does not control shipping times after the order has been handed over to the delivery company.

Q3: The shipment arrived in a city other than my city, what is the reason?

In this case, please:

• Review your address as registered in the application.
• Contact the shipping company directly to inform them of the error.
• If the error is on the part of the shipping company, it will be corrected immediately. However, if the error is due to the customer entering the address incorrectly, coordination with them is necessary to amend it.

Q4: More than 3 working days have passed and the shipment has not arrived, what does this mean?

Shipments usually arrive within 2 to 3 business days , but if they are delayed beyond this period:

• Please contact the shipping company and inquire about the reason.
• Sometimes there are circumstances beyond our control (such as pressure in shipping or bad weather).

Q5: In case of loss of shipment, who is responsible?

In the event that the entire shipment is lost , please contact us directly via WhatsApp or customer service, and we will take full responsibility for following up with the shipping company and ensuring your rights.
